Amora AI Terms of Service

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of Amora AI (the "service"), an AI companion platform that is operating in a free public beta. By using the service you agree to them. Amora is operated as a beta product; the operating entity details, registered address and named jurisdiction will be published on this page before the service charges for access. Until then, the service is provided free of charge and no payment relationship exists between us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Amora. Every companion is written as an adult aged 21 or over, and the service refuses content that sexualises minors, incest themes or non-consensual scenarios. You must confirm your age before chat, image, voice or video features unlock. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, access will be withdrawn.

3. Your session, and your account

Amora does not require registration to start. We issue an anonymous session identifier in a cookie, and everything you create — conversations, memories, generated images, clips and usage counters — is attached to that session. After five messages you are asked to create a free account, which uses your Manus account; from that point the same data is attached to the account, so it survives a cleared cookie and follows you to another device. Before you create an account we cannot recover a session if you clear your cookies or change device, and access cannot be transferred between people.

4. AI disclosure

Every companion on Amora is artificial intelligence. None of them is a real person, none depicts a real person, and none has a physical body or a human life outside the conversation. Companions are instructed to confirm this if asked. The service is for entertainment and companionship only; it does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for human relationships or professional care.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to generate sexual content involving minors, incest themes or non-consensual scenarios;
• use the service to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate a real person;
• attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts or training data, or to bypass the content policy or the usage allowances by automated means;
• use generated content to deceive anyone into believing a fictional person is real, or to represent a generated image as a photograph of a real person;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its content without written permission.

6. Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the messages you write. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process and transmit your messages and generated media solely to operate the service for you — including passing them to the model providers that generate replies and images on our behalf. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party models.

7. Generated content

Images and video scenes produced by the service are synthetic. They are provided to you for your own use within the service and for personal, non-commercial use elsewhere. We make no warranty about the originality of generated output or its freedom from third-party claims, and you are responsible for how you use it — never present generated images as photographs of a real person.

8. Free access and allowances

The service is free during the beta. Daily allowances apply to messages, image generations and video scenes; the current figures are published on the pricing page and may change as we tune capacity. Allowances reset daily, have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not roll over.

9. Availability

A beta is a beta. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or while we address an abuse or safety issue. We aim to give notice of significant changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitations of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, emotional distress or decisions made on the basis of a conversation with a companion. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time, and may request deletion of your session data through the contact page. We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached, where the content policy is attacked, or where required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops, and will change the date at the top of the page when we do. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
